I used to go to a dr that would always check my tongue and pulse, but he went away.
My new one, doesn’t. So now I don’t know if the checking was for nothing, or if my new one doesnt know what what to look for.

Their checking of your tongue or pulse are purely rituals, they don’t actually “diagnose” anything by doing that.
TCM is based on a philosophy of healing that has no scientific basis. Nobody has ever detected chi, or the meridians it supposedly flows through. Herbal remedies vary from one Asian tradition to another, the same treatments being used for totally different ailments in different countries.
