I’m looking for sites that explain Traditional Chinese medicine food practices. In specific, I want a website that will say what foods are good for certain problems. (ex. This food is good if you have a damp spleen). thanks.

I have done quite a bit of reading about Chinese medicine and the Soul/Energy/Mind over matter approach, I was wondering, since all ilness is caused by matter and energy imbalances, and matter imbalances are caused by energy imbalances, can’t you fix any kind of healt problem non-invasively with chinese medicine? Are there any good websites that list the alternative treatment methods for different conditions?

Its more than two years i having psoriasis on my scalp,nail,elbow and tigh not genital area. I had sought all sort of treament but nothing work. I hope someone with experience can help
